Culpeper Police Department Arrests Culpeper Man Following Child Exploitation Investigation

On June 11, 2026, Culpeper PD arrested Diyon Jasper, 21, following an investigation into allegations involving a juvenile female. The investigation revealed that Jasper allegedly established a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old female and solicited sexually explicit images from the juvenile.

As a result of the investigation, detectives obtained warrants charging Jasper with two felony counts of Carnal Knowledge of a Child, two felony counts of Use of a Communications System to Facilitate Certain Offenses Involving Children, two felony counts of Possession of Child Po*******hy, and two felony counts of Reproduction of Child Po*******hy.

During the investigation, detectives learned that Jasper served as an assistant coach for a local sports team in which the juvenile victim participated. Investigators believe he may have used his position of trust and authority to facilitate the alleged offenses.

Anyone who may have had contact with Jasper in a coaching, mentoring, or similar capacity, or who possesses information related to this investigation, is encouraged to contact investigators.

Anyone with additional information or witnesses to this case is urged to contact Detective M. Hays at (540) 829-5506 or via email at [email protected]. To remain anonymous, contact Culpeper Crime Solvers at (540)727-0300 or submit a tip online at www.culpeperpd.org.
