Starting on October 23, we will be offering two levels of Parent and Child swim class at the Cullowhee Rec Center. This class is a great introduction to water for little ones, and teaches parents or guardians essential skills for keeping their children safe. Having an early start in the water helps build strong swimmers for life. Sign-ups are open now. Class is Friday mornings at 8:45 for children 6m-2.5 years and 9:20 for children 2.5 years-5 years. Fall Youth Soccer Gameday - Week 1

On September 19, three of our swimmers will compete at the North Carolina Senior Games State Finals in Raleigh! Karen will be swimming the 200 freestyle, the 100 yd backstroke, and the 50 yard butterfly. Tom will be swimming the 200 yd IM, 100 yd freestyle, and the 500 yard freestyle. DJ will be swimming the 100 yd IM and the 50 yd butterfly. We're so proud of all of them!

The Senior Games are open to anyone age 50 and up. Our local Smoky Mountain Senior games happen in the spring and the state finals are in the fall.
