501c3 Tax ID 81-1537978 and his issues. We would like your help!

About SFW:
Started from the care for others Jeremy Hogan was looking out for his fellow brothers and sisters in arms when he was told about Cpl B. During that time he was bombarded with needs from other veterans, so he reacted to their needs by building what he thought would be the best way to help, a nonprofit organization Saving Forgotten Warriors 501c3. When Jeremy started this organization he

didn’t know how or if it would be successful, but something that not even Jeremy knew was going to happen, happened. With his “Boots on the Ground’ mentality, his passion to help those that served and feel forgotten, and their (SFW) Mission “To Advocate for the Health, Safety, & Well Being of our US Armed force veterans” past, Present, & future has lead them to spear head something much larger then he or anyone else could have known! God has blessed SFW and given us much more than we thought would ever be upon us, so we look to you for help! Our daily progress:
We start every day looking to make a difference in just one veteran’s life if it means taking them to the VA Hospital, Building a ramp, mobility upgrades to their Doman, or Peer to Peer support, we provide a resource that will help them with whatever their needs are. We work with honorably discharged veterans and those that have a General under Honorable discharge daily for all sorts of things ranging from transportation to help with home repairs. Our future Goals:
We have a future goal of opening a 40+ acre Ranch here in the Cullman AL area and are in the process of getting the paperwork and all the details for the project under way. Till then we will work daily to develop a program that will help veterans successfully transition from the Warrior mind set to the civilian mind set. SFW goal is to build 30 Cabins that will house up to 120, a large squad bay or open floor plan house available for retreat program housing, A class room building, Chow Hall (kitchen)social room building, Gymnasium, and Laundry facility and a multitude of other buildings as we refine and develop our programs. We have plans for peer to peer counseling starting in December that will address Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) each class will be 10 veterans and one Mentor. Not only will we have therapy programs for our veterans, but we will have companies that will be out here to help train these vets and prepare them for a successful career in a technical skilled trade. Week long retreat programs geared toward the warrior’s transition will allow us to offer a place for veterans and their families to come and get help while being able to enjoy nature and the many things that are healing about it! Find out more by checking out our on page . So far we have helped:
To date we have helped 60+ vets and provided housing for 5, We have built or installed 3 ramps, helped a veteran get away from a very bad situation and was able to help him get a new prosthetic leg, did a complete house remodel, just recently completed a beautification and deck repair on a home, and we remodeled a bedroom for a veteran that has been in bed for 41 years! We have a growing list of the veterans in Alabama and we need all the help we can get! We applied and received our Determination letter March 4th 2016 and have been advocating for the veterans ever since! SFW needs the community to jump on board and the Businesses in town to lend a hand at helping out American Heroes!
