Calling all rising 9th–12th grade students at Culleoka Unit School for the 2026–2027 school year!

• Books may be purchased online or checked out through the Maury County Public Library.

Culleoka Jr. Beta Club is proud to announce that Jonah Burns has continued an impressive competitive run through this year’s Beta competitions.

After earning placement at the state convention, Jonah qualified to advance to the national convention competition level. Following the national preliminary round, he has now officially qualified in the Top 20 nationally, earning the opportunity to compete live this summer at the National Beta Convention.

During the live competition, the Top 10 finalists will be recognized with awards for their outstanding achievement and performance.

This accomplishment reflects months of dedication, preparation, and hard work, and our school community is excited to cheer him on as he represents both his school and state on the national stage this summer.

Culleoka High School students recently traveled to Tennessee State Museum for a day of hands-on learning and exploration of Tennessee’s rich history. Students enjoyed discovering exhibits that highlighted our state’s past, culture, and important historical events.

After their museum visit, students stopped at Nashville Farmers' Market for lunch, where they enjoyed a variety of local food options and time together outside the classroom.

It was a great day of learning, exploration, and making memories!

Mrs. Davis’s English I class recently completed their Youth Educational Foundation (YEF) grant-funded project, "Navigating STEM Through Literature: Odysseus’ Voyage"!

Using The Odyssey as inspiration, students designed and built miniature ships while exploring concepts such as floating, buoyancy, and ship design. Throughout the project, students worked together to solve challenges and think critically.

Thank you to the Youth Educational Foundation (YEF) for funding this incredible learning opportunity for our students!
