Want to let eveyone know Siren will be tested today at 10am

05/20/2026

Need to make a correction on the earlier post.
If the city of Cuba of Cuba is placed on the map by the national weather service, with the polygon, the Tornado sirens are to set off automatically. I watch weather patterns and directions and if the stores are close to Cuba. I go in and manually set off the Tornado Siren. I aslo post updates on this page to try and keep all citizens informed.

Thank you

It has been brought to my attention that people are asking about the Tornado sirens and when they go off. The EOC is connected to the national weather server out of Kansas City. If the city of Cuba is places in the polygon bu the national weather service and the sirens are suppose to be set off automatically. Now I watch the weather and the way the storms are tracking and if I feel that the city of Cuba, MO. Is in imminent danger. I will go set off the sirens manually.
I am working on keeping the people and the city Cuba, MO informed and safe as possible.

Thank you,
Greg Hubbell
