The Woodscreek Park Courts Renovation Project will kick off soon! The recent snow paused the installation of the construction fencing, but once the weather warms, the contractor, Carmichael Construction, Inc. will install the construction fencing and start on removing the tennis court fencing, net posts and more.

As part of this project, the existing picnic shelter will be replaced with a new shelter, and the bocce ball court will be refreshed. Renovations also include rebuilding the tennis and basketball courts! The tennis courts will be demolished and rebuilt with underdrainage installed. New surfacing and color-coating for all the hard courts. New fencing and nets for the two tennis courts, and new basketball court with new posts and backboards/nets. The volleyball court renovation will include new posts and net.

The playground, splash pad, and park building (including the restrooms) will remain open during construction. The construction work is anticipated to wrap up this summer, weather permitting.
