Finis Dick E. Holbrook, age 84, of Croton, passed away Friday, December 12, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones at the Selma Markawitz Care Center. He was born in Davy, WV on June 20, 1941, to the late Finis and Megan Hylton Holbrook. Dick touched many lives over the years.
