Is this the forecast? Is this just fantasy? That's right, weather peeps, there's no escape from this reality. We've got some magnifico weather to look forward to, still more spring-like than summery. Open your eyes. Look up to the skies and see abundant sunshine today and for the next few days. Indeed, it's easy come, easy go, little high, little low this week. Yes, thunderbolt and lightning are very, very frightening, but not until this weekend. Any way the wind blows doesn't really matter to me, I'll still do the Fandango. And if I'm not back again this time tomorrow, carry on, carry on.

Finally seeing some much needed rain in the forecast!

Some relief from the drought is coming our way. We will see on and off chances for showers and scattered thunderstorms through the Memorial Day Weekend. There will be dry times, but each day will bring a high chance for some rainfall. Totals by next Tuesday are expected to reach 2 to 3 inches. While we do not expect major flooding, some brief local ponding should be expected from heavier downpours. The severe storm risk is very low.

Good morning, weather peeps and how is everyone on this terrific Thursday? It's going to be another warm one, y'all, and we might actually see a few storms during the p.m. hours. Not much has changed with the forecast, as there is still a low risk of severe weather with this system coming in. Hopefully, we can get a decent rain out of this, although whatever we get won't do much to alleviate the drought. But maybe the things that grow can at least get a good watering.

04/04/2026

A line of showers & thunderstorms will move through this afternoon & evening. There is a marginal risk (level 1 out of 5) for all of Middle TN for a low severe weather risk today. Main threats will be strong to damaging winds and small hail so just keep an eye on the sky if you're out and about today.
