Southern Perry County Water District SPCWD PROVIDES WATER TO APPROXIMATELY 2000 CUSTOMERS. WE PURCHASE OUR WATER FROM BURR OAK WATER.

The boil order that was in effect for customers who were without water service on Wednesday (due to the Township Road 315 Project) has been lifted. The samples came back good. Any questions please call 740-347-9030

Southern Perry County Water will be working on Township Road 312 (Oakfield side) on Wednesday July 29th, 2026. The project consists of replacing a main trunk line for the area. Water service will be interrupted around 9:00 am Wednesday for customers on Township Road 312 (Oakfield side), Township Road 425, State Route 13 to Six Mile Turn, And State Route 37 and 93 in the Six Mile Turn area.
If you live in these areas please make your neighbors aware. We will be working to get your water service restored as soon as possible. Any questions, please call 740-347-9030.

We are receiving calls about low pressure in some of our systems. The problem has been found and crews are working on the situation. As soon as the problem is resolved, I will be sure to post here to let you know things should be back to normal. Thank you for your patience.

Just a reminder!!!! Do not mail your water bill payment to Peoples State Bank. They are not accepting mail payments. The only place to mail your payment to is our office which is

If you mail to any other address (on-line banking checks included) your payment will be delayed and may result in penalties being added.

STARTING TOMORROW April 1st, 2026. Payments can be made in person at any People’s State Bank or Southern Perry Water District office. Mail in payments must be mailed to our office at

Walk in or mail in payments will NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED at North Valley Bank.

Starting April 1st, 2026 you can pay your bill in person at any People’s State Bank or at our office located at 2075 State Route 13.

We have been notified of someone hitting a waterline. Our crew is on their way to repair the leak. In the meantime customers on Bohemian Road,Township Road 215-A, and Township Road 390 may be out of water or experience low water pressure. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will get service back to normal as soon as possible.

To Southern Perry County Water District customers….over the next several months we will be doing a complete meter change out in all of our systems. We are doing this ourselves so it will take some time before all customers have a new meter. Some change outs will take longer than others so service interruption may last a few minutes to a little longer depending on whether the pit will need to be changed out.
