Let’s kick off 2026.

Crofton area residents have partnered with Nebraska Extension to facilitate the Entrepreneurial Communities Activation Process (ECAP). A community survey was completed in January, and now it is time for Community Conversations.

The first ECAP Community Conversation will take place on Monday, February 16 at 6:00 PM at the Crofton City Auditorium. This event will be held the same evening as the February Crofton Community Club meeting. After the conversation, stay for a short CCC meeting covering membership updates, the Easter Candy Run, Bracketbuster, signage, and planning for 2026 events.

Community participation is important, and everyone is encouraged to attend.

The City Clerk will be out on Wednesday December 3rd. The office will remain open, but payments cannot be accepted that day. The Clerk will return on Thursday the 4th.

NOTICE TO CROFTON RESIDENTS

The City of Crofton will hold an Open House regarding the upcoming watermain replacement project along Harold Street.

Join us on Tuesday, November 25 from 5 to 7 PM at the City Auditorium. Residents can review project plans, share suggestions, and ask questions. Representatives from JEO will be available, and City Council members will be present throughout the evening. Cookies will be provided.

Join the Crofton Senior Center on Sunday, November 16 for a Celebration of Life Fundraiser. Chili with all the toppings, cinnamon rolls, and refreshments will be served from 5 to 7:30 PM for a free will donation. All proceeds support the Crofton Golden Age Senior Center. Take some home for Sunday Night Football.
