This Saturday beginning at 8am the Kiwanis 5/10k will take place along Crofton Parkway and some selected side streets. We will have both runners and walkers participating in this event. Please slow down and be mindful of pedestrian traffic in the roadways. Let’s have a safe time!!

We are reaching out to our community in an attempt to help identify this individual. Remember Crofton Country Club is a private golf course. Crofton Towne Regime 9 has a new playground and Chief Jett was honored to officially cut the ribbon and talk to the children about playground safety. We love when our community comes together to provide safe places for a neighborhood kids to play and make memories! Great job!!

The Unity Tour will be leaving Annapolis around 9am and will travel Defense Highway to Route 3. Be aware of possible delays in the area and be mindful of all the cyclist who make this event so special to Law Enforcement!!

The Crofton Police Department would like to take a moment during Police Week, May 11–15, 2026, to honor the brave men and women of law enforcement who work tirelessly each day to keep our roads, neighborhoods, and communities safe.

This week of recognition coincides with National Peace Officers Memorial Day on May 15th, first established by President John F. Kennedy in 1962 to honor those officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

Each year, we join thousands of law enforcement officers, families, and supporters in Washington, D.C., and across the nation to remember and pay tribute to the fallen heroes who gave their lives in service to others. Their courage, dedication, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We also recognize and thank the officers who continue to serve with honor, integrity, and commitment each and every day.
