We originally started our Beef Raffle in conjunction with Railroad Days, with all proceeds going toward NEW PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT for the City of Crocker Park.

Unfortunately, during Railroad Days we only sold 47 tickets. Rather than giving up on this fundraiser and the goal behind it, we’ve decided to extend the raffle and move the drawing to OCTOBER 10TH!

🐄 TWO WINNERS will be drawn! 🐄

Each winner will receive:

🥩 1/4 of a beef, locally processed by K & K Meat Processing
❄️ PLUS a 5.0 cu. ft. chest freezer!

🎟️ Tickets are $20 each OR 6 for $100!

This fundraiser is about so much more than winning beef and a freezer. Every ticket purchased puts us one step closer to providing new playground equipment for the children and families who use our park.

We know times are tough, and we never take community support for granted. But if you are able to purchase a ticket—or even just share this post—you are helping us work toward something that will benefit Crocker families for years to come.

Our park belongs to our community, and we want to continue making it a place our kids are excited to visit, our families can enjoy together, and our community can be proud of. ❤️

📅 NEW DRAWING DATE: OCTOBER 10TH at Croc-Tober Fest
🏆 TWO WINNERS
🎟️ $20 each | 6 for $100

You do not have to be present to win!

Help us spread the word, grab a ticket, and help us build something wonderful for the kids of Crocker. Every single ticket gets us closer. 🛝❤️

Please share, share, share!

💧 WATER LEAK NOTICE – KEETH ROAD 💧

The City of Crocker would like to make residents aware of a small water leak in the area of 333–337 Keeth Road.

Our Public Works Department is aware of the leak, and the affected area has been coned off for safety. Crews will be on site first thing Friday morning, September 4, 2026, to begin digging and making the necessary repairs.

At this time, we are hopeful that repairs can be completed as quickly and smoothly as possible. We will keep residents updated if there are any changes or if a temporary water service interruption becomes necessary while repairs are being made.

⚠️ Please use caution when traveling through this area and avoid the coned-off section.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while our crew works to get this taken care of. Thank you for helping us keep Crocker safe and our water system running smoothly!

🚨 Crocker Rural Fire Protection District asks everyone to please refrain from all open burning during these extremely dry conditions until significant rainfall has occurred. 🚨

With the current heat and dry conditions, fires can start quickly and spread rapidly, putting lives, homes, property, and our community at risk.

If you see smoke, fire, or anything that appears concerning, please call 911 immediately and provide the dispatcher with as much information as possible, including the location and what you are seeing.

Early reporting can make all the difference in protecting lives and property.

🔥 Please don’t open burn. Help us prevent a fire before it starts.

We are there because we care.

⚽️🌱 THE SOCCER FIELD IS LOOKING GREAT! 🌱⚽️

We are so excited to see our soccer field looking green, healthy, and ready for the upcoming season! A lot of time, work, and patience has gone into getting the field re-seeded and giving the new grass the opportunity to establish.

We want to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone for patiently waiting while the field was closed and the re-seeding process was completed. We know it wasn’t always convenient, but taking the time to do it right was important—and the results are definitely showing! 💚

The City of Crocker is especially excited to see the Crocker High School Soccer Team and our local youth soccer organization take the field this upcoming season. There’s nothing better than seeing our community’s young athletes out there playing, competing, learning, and representing Crocker! ⚽️
