Unless Congress acts on the current Medicare Ambulance Add-On Payments, 2% urban, 3% rural, and 22.6% in super rural areas to keep ambulance services viable, they will expire on March 31, 2025.

With no federal budget, Congress will need to pass another continuing resolution to keep the government running. We have about nine days left to ensure the Add-ons are included in the resolution. We must write Congress and ask them to support the extenders!
