Village crews will be conducting our annual spring fire hydrant flushing program this Friday and Saturday nights. Water may be discolored due to the water system being stirred up. This does not affect the quality of water. Water is still safe to use. Any discoloration will settle back out once the system restabilizes.

For those that are interested in becoming a village leader, we have a vacant Village Council seat that has become available. Joe Bailey has recently stepped down and resigned. We appreciate all his years of hard work and dedication and thank him for his service.
For those village residents that are interested, submit a letter or interest to the mayor's office. Deadline is April 21, 2026.

Be Cautious & Aware:
Demo crew will begin work today on the tear down and removal of the building located at 120 W. Main St. (Bears Den). Be cautious driving down Main Street and please keep traffic moving and open. The 100 block of N. Gay St. will be blocked off for safety purposes and for equipment during this time.
We ask that you please stay back at a safe distance for the safety of yourself and for crews to work and operate.
