Sanders Park Expansion Project Update 🚧

Demolition of two homes at 963 and 967 Sanders Drive is scheduled for the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 15 as part of the Sanders Park Expansion Project. Following demolition, the area will be graded, seeded and incorporated as green space into the park, including the properties of three previously demolished homes at 971, 1001 and 1005 Sanders Drive.

Residents and park visitors may see and hear activity associated with a training exercise the St. Louis DEA will conduct at one of the properties during the demolition.

The project is part of Crestwood’s partnership with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) to address recurring overland flooding along Sanders Drive.

🎉 Crestwood Night Out is TOMORROW! 🏘️

Tomorrow, Saturday, Sep. 12, neighbors across Crestwood will come together for one of our favorite community traditions!

Crestwood Night Out is a chance to meet your neighbors, build connections and spend time with the Crestwood, MO Police Department, Crestwood, MO Fire Department and the elected officials who serve our community. 🚔🚒

For the second year, we’re encouraging residents to join an established block party in their ward, giving our public safety teams more opportunities for meaningful conversations with residents.

Bring your neighbors, bring your community spirit and help make Crestwood Night Out 2026 one to remember! See you tomorrow! 👋
