We were so happy to see Renee Jones tonight as our special guest at our monthly lodge meeting. We were honored to present Ms. Jones with an FOP Service Award in honor of her late husband, Jay Jones’ honorable service to Lodge 146 where he faithfully served for many years as our Lodge President. Jay is so deeply missed by his brothers and sisters at Lodge 146 and he will forever live within our hearts. Having Renee with us tonight truly felt like we had part of Jay back at the table!

We had a great morning as multiple members of our lodge met at the old Cobb Cemetery off of Old River Road in Milligan to tackle some much needed landscaping and overgrowth issues. We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of one of our own, Sgt. James Conkell. He peacefully passed away today after battling illness. Our hearts ache as we extend our sincerest condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues. Sgt. Conkell's dedication and spirit will be deeply missed. Please join us in keeping his loved ones in our thoughts and prayers during this challenging time.
