🚑 Now Hiring: Coordinator of Emergency Medical & Related (EMS) Training Programs

Are you passionate about EMS education and developing the next generation of emergency responders? Southwestern Community College is seeking an experienced leader to coordinate and oversee our Emergency Medical Services (EMS) training programs.

In this role, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of EMS and American Heart Association (AHA) training programs while ensuring compliance with Iowa Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Emergency and Trauma Services (BETS) standards. You'll collaborate with instructors, support students, manage program operations, and help strengthen the EMS workforce across our region.

We're looking for someone with:
✔ Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and/or
✔ At least 5 years of EMS training and/or field experience
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ A passion for educating and mentoring future EMS professionals

✨ Full-time position with excellent benefits
