Are you passionate about supporting families and making a difference in the lives of young children? Do you believe that every child deserves a strong start — and that empowered parents make that possible? Join our Early Childhood team!

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Early Childhood Program Director in meeting the goals of our Blue-Ribbon Affiliate Parents as Teachers (PAT) program. In this role, you'll step into living rooms, community centers, and the everyday moments of family life — bringing research-based knowledge, genuine warmth, and real support to parents raising young children in Union and Adams County.

What You'll Do
• Provide in-home family support and parent education to families in the community
• Deliver the evidenced based Parents as Teachers curriculum with care and cultural sensitivity
• Partner with the ECE Program Director to meet program goals and outcomes
• Connect families to resources, build trusting relationships, and celebrate milestones together

Position Details:
• Full-time with benefits

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in early childhood, human development & family studies, education, health, or a related field
• Experience as a home visitor/parent educator preferred
• Home Visitor Credential or National Family Support Professional Certification preferred
