During the week of June 27 the following roads will be tar and chipped: Purdy Road, Crescent Blvd. Ext, Main Street and Old Harper. Residents will be asked to remove their vehicles from the roads during the tar and chipping. Public works will be notifying residents next week.

The Parks Board will be having games and food at Shouse Park for the 4th of July starting at 7PM. Enjoy some snacks and play some games while waiting for the fireworks.

KIDS QUARTER CARNIVAL
Join the Parks Board for this fun and affordable family friendly event that will be held on Saturday February 20 from noon-5pm at the Crescent Township Fire Hall. Tickets are only .25 cents. All proceeds will benefit the township parks and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Pass the word to all your neighbors and friends. You do not need to be a Crescent resident to attend this event.

CRESCENT TOWNSHIP CIVIC CLUB is looking for new members! All residents are welcome.

The Crescent Township Civic Club meets every 4th Wednesday of the month at 7PM at the Municipal building,

They are looking for new energetic and patriotic members. The club has two fund drives a year during each election day. These proceeds help anyone in the township who may need help IE: house fire, death, sickness etc. The Club also provides Poinsettia's to township shut-ins during the winter holiday season.

Did you ever notice all the flags along McGovern Blvd? These were bought by the Club to brighten up our community.

This year's service project, they are making blankets for the "Wounded Warriors".

ANNUAL HALLOWEEN PARADE AND PARTY
Saturday October 24 at 1PM

Kids are asked to meet on Main Street at 1PM. They will parade over to the Crescent Fire Department for a party afterwards. All kids are welcome to participate in this fun filled activity!
