We're thrilled to report a record-breaking turnout at our breakfast event this morning, with 419 served! This milestone surpasses our previous high of 345 and nearly doubles our average attendance. We're grateful for the overwhelming support and apologize to those who missed out on sausage patties – we'll strive to be better prepared next time. A huge thank you to our Fire Department members, their families, and volunteers who made this event possible. Here's to setting a new standard of excellence and making 400 the new average!

Tonight Crawfordsville Fire and Ainsworth - Ia. Volunteer Fire Department help a joint auto extraction training at Crawfordsville. Firefighters used tools to practice dismantling 2 suvs.

Crawfordsville Fire held a live fire training event on Saturday. We did multiple interior attack simulations before the house was burnt down. This gives firefighters from surrounding departments the opportunity to work together. Helping was Ainsworth - Ia. Volunteer Fire Department Olds Fire Department Winfield Fire & Rescue Wayland Fire Department, Columbus Junction Fire, Washington Fire Department, Brighton Fire Department, Riverside Fire Department, Crawfordsville First Responders, Washington County Sheriff's Office, Washington County Communications. Along with 16 apparatuses including Fire Engine's, Tankers, Brush Trucks, EMS Rig, and squad vehicle.

POSTPONED- We have made the tough decision to postpone our soup supper tomorrow! With the uncertainty of the incoming ice storm we want to keep everyone home and safe. We are working for a reschedule date in January. Please keep an eye here for up dates and have a Happy Holidays!
