Nana's Ray of Sunshine update from Sue. Our diligent work behind the scenes has led to several key achievements, including securing a DUNS number and UEI number, which will enable us to apply for federal grants. In June, we will implement a 30 Days of Nourishment program and are seeking partnerships with local businesses and churches. If you have connections to potential partners, please inform us. We are currently collecting easy-to-prepare food items, such as peanut butter, bottled water, jelly, pouch-packed tuna or chicken, and bread. Your support is invaluable to us. Nana's Ray of Sunshine. Request for Food Donations for Homeless Couple, Through Nana's Ray of Sunshine, a couple currently homeless and living in a hotel needs food assistance. Clothes are not an issue, but groceries are. Good morning Nana's Ray of Sunshine. I am reaching out for support on behalf of a couple who desperately need assistance. They are currently homeless and searching for a room for rent or a studio apartment. The male has Spina Bifida, and both individuals experience anxiety and PTSD. I am making phone calls to try to secure housing for them. If you would like to contribute, donations are welcome. I am assembling care packages with essential items and groceries.
