The Cranston Planning Department recently recommended the approval of Garden City's phase VI Expansion. This project consists of a new one-story building, an expanded community green, reconfigured parking, traffic calming raised roadway, new landscape areas, and accessible pedestrian walkways. The new building use is anticipated as mixed-use retail.
