IT'S FIRE PREVENTION TIME!!
Change Batteries
Check smoke and CO alarms.
Plan an escape and practice it!!
Check in on that elderly neighbor and help them do the same.
A closed bedroom door is the difference between life and death.

🚒 May 4th was chosen as International Firefighters' Day as it is the feast day of St Florian, the Patron Saint of Firefighters.
St Florian was the first known commander of one Firefighting squad in the Roman Empire.
He lost his life, as well as those of his colleagues, for protecting the same humane ideas which Firefighters all over the world share even today.
Happy International Firefighters' Day to Firefighters and their supporters all around the world.
We thank you for the courage, commitment, and dedication you show every day by serving your community.
Stay safe.

Borrowed from Jerry D Sharples. Thanks Sharpy.
