📆Crandall Administration Offices Early Closure Notice📆
City administration offices will close early on Thursday, June 18th, at 3 PM and will be closed all day Friday, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth.
Offices will reopen with regular business hours on Monday, June 22nd.
Emergency services, including police and fire protection, will be fully operational during this period.
🚨For emergencies, dial 911.
🧯For non-emergency police, dial (469) 376-4500.
💦For utilities, dial (972) 427-3771.
♻️Trash service will run as normal.

Beginning June 15, 2026, ZIP Code Validation will be required for all credit card transactions made through our payment system. This added security measure helps protect cardholders and reduce fraudulent transactions.

Before June 15th, we highly encourage all residents and payers to:
• Review any saved or stored payment methods.
• Confirm that the billing ZIP code entered matches the ZIP code associated with the card on file with your financial institution.
• If your billing address or ZIP code has recently changed, update your saved payment information as soon as possible.

Following these steps will help avoid payment delays or declined transactions.
