Covington Amvets Post 66

Covington Amvets Post 66 http://www.amvets.org/ We are a members only Post, members include Amvets, Sons of Amvets, and Ladies Auxiliary. military. Yearly dues are $30.

You can become a member if you or an immediate family member has or is currently serving in the U.S. The post is open 365 days a year. We have a variety of events throughout the year including holiday parties, dinners, horseshoe league, membership drives and much more. The Post opens for business Mon-Sat at 12:00 P.M and Sundays at 1:00 P.M. Feel free to come visit and speak with someone about joining our great post!

Hello folks, Please come out this Fri. (12 June got the date right) at 5pm and help us hang flags for Saturdays Flag Retirement ceremony at 7pm. As a Veterans club this is one of our more important events and as always we need participants, if your working and going to be late we can still use you.

Hello al, Post 66 will enter our Army Truck in the Versailles parade this Saturday. If you want to ride the truck will leave the Post at 9am Sat. If you want to get on at John's IGA you need to be there by 10am, I'm not sure we can make it back to Johns.....Fly Navy!!!!

Hello all, We have 11 Horseshoe teams signed. We can still accept 1 more team. We start this Wed. at 6:30. I have 10 pallets of bananas being delivered to my office right now. If you know anybody that can use them please send them my way today. You can give them my personal cell phone number and if you want any, please come get them ASAP. I have nowhere to put them inside so they will be sitting outside. That is a problem.
