Just a reminder that Real Estate and Personal Property taxes are due by tomorrow 12.05.2025 to avoid any penalty charges. As always we are available at the office from 8:30am til 5pm, the drop-box outside of City Hall is checked multiple times a day and will be checked right at the close of business, 5pm tomorrow evening and the online portal is available as well. If you are sending it in by mail please make sure to get a postal worker to stamp the envelope with the date to ensure that it is considered timely.
Also, tomorrow is the last day to pay your October utility (water) bill to avoid the $45 fee. While we make every effort to answer phone calls as they come in, please be mindful that it will be difficult to get a hold of our office over the phone during this busy time.

Just a reminder that today is the last day to pay your water bill to avoid being charged the $6 late fee. Also, if you are set up with online bill pay with your banking institution you will need to reach out to them to change the amount being drafted to make sure they are paying the new $100 rate. If you are set up with automatic ACH through the City, the new rate was processed this month so you are good there.
