Just a friendly reminder that today is the last day to pay the utility (water) bill to avoid the $6 late fee.

Just a reminder that since the normal utility bill due date of the 21st falls over the weekend the last day to pay the bill without a late fee will be Monday, June 22nd.

We wanted to make everyone aware that City Council voted on and approved a utility bill rate increase at last week's Council meeting. The new rate for residential customers will be $114 monthly. If you participate in bill-pay with your banking institution, please make sure you make the update to the amount being paid. If you are signed up for automatic ACH with the City, they will draft the new amount starting with July's payment.

City Hall will be closed this Friday, June 19th in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. We will reopen Monday, June 22nd at 8:30 am. As always the online portal is available for making tax bill and utility payments.

The internet is up and running.

The internet is down at City Hall. We are currently unable to process payments or look up any accounts. Our IT department is working hard to get it resolved. If you were planning to pay by check, you can drop it in the Dropbox or the online portal is up and running as far as we can tell at the moment.

Here’s a friendly reminder that real estate and personal property taxes are due by Friday, June 5th to avoid penalty and interest charges.

Just a reminder that today is the last day to pay May's utility (water) bill to avoid the $6 late penalty.
Also, our office will close tomorrow, May 22nd at 12pm to enjoy an employee picnic & we will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.
