Sarah Boada is our June employee of the month. She was nominated by multiple people who all stated the same things:

*She always has a smile
*She is always helping others
*She is always going above and beyond for the customer to make sure everything is covered, instead of just what they asked for
*They all felt that they didn’t have enough words or room on the paper to list all the reasons that Sarah is such a great teammate.

We can’t disagree with any of that!

Sarah has been with the Clerk’s office for 6 years. She said her favorite part of the job in Recording is her co-workers. When asked what one word she would use to describe the office, she chose SUPPORTIVE.

We also have too many reasons to list why we love Sarah! We are so honored to name her as our June Employee of the Month!

Thank you to our amazing poll workers on a job well done yesterday. We could not have done it without you! Thank you to our custodians, Registrar of Voters Office, Secretary of State Warehouse Staff and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.

I would like to especially thank the amazing employees of the St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court that showed up yesterday and everyday to serve the citizens of our community! You are public servants!

Clerk of Court Jessica Brewster was proud to present the Clerk’s Association Scholarship to Nicolas Herrera. Both of Nicolas’ parents are employees of the St. Tammany Parish Clerk of Court.

If you follow our region’s live music scene, you may recognize Nicolas as the frontman and bassist of the heavy metal band TRANSFUSION. After earning the most votes out of 155 bands earlier this year, Transfusion secured the first spot in the lineup and performed this past weekend at Olde Towne Metal Fest in Slidell.

Nicolas will soon graduate from Fontainebleau High School and plans to attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he will pursue a degree in music.

⚫Visit the Registrar of Voters website at stprov.org to review updated precinct maps, election info, polling hours (7 AM–8 PM), and early voting details.

Our May Employee of the Month is TYLER DAROUSE!

Tyler has been a dedicated member of the Clerk’s Office IT Department for five years. He was nominated by a co‑worker who described him as a highly knowledgeable team member who consistently provides support and solutions. They shared that Tyler is truly a valuable asset to the Clerk’s Office.

Tyler says his favorite part of the job is being able to help everyone. When asked to describe the office in one word, he chose “supportive.”

Many of us in Admin can confirm that Tyler has come to our rescue more times than we can count! We are grateful to have him here (especially when things just don’t want to work)!
