When’s the last time you actually talked to your attorney?
Because signing a client and then checking back in three or six months later has never made much sense to me.
I stay involved.
I talk to my clients regularly. I know how treatment is going. I know when appointments are missed. I know when something changes. And I make sure my clients understand what’s happening with their case without burying them in legal terminology.
That communication isn't just about providing better service.
It helps me build a better case.
When it comes time to show an insurance company or a jury what actually happened and how an injury affected someone’s life, I don't want holes in the story that could have been prevented simply by paying attention along the way.
At the end of the day, I'm just a guy with a particular skill. If you've trusted me to use that skill on your behalf, I think you deserve to actually hear from me.
