The Black History Celebration was a huge success!!!! I would like to thank all those who were in attendance, as well as the tireless volunteers, participants in the program, and to those who gave donations. Jeremiah Smith the owner of Coin Express Laundromat in Hartford, Michigan gave an outstanding speech on Perserverance not only in the business world but as it applies to life in general. The soul food dinner that was served was delicious, and the trivia was challenging and enjoyed by all. The Organization is actively seeking new members as well as volunteers and anyone who is interested can call 269-764-8854 for further information.
