When the BIA was attempting to roll-over the TAAMS system into a new system, a glitch occurred. Unfortunately, this has affected those purchase offer packets that have been notarized and returned to Cobell for processing. Hopefully the BIA will rectify the problem soon. Sorry for any inconvenience.
