The Town of Coupeville is now accepting 2% Lodging Tax Revenue Grant Applications for the 2027 calendar year. Non-profit organizations are invited to apply for 2% grant funds to support qualified tourism promotion activities in the Town of Coupeville, occurring in 2027. Application materials must be turned in to Town Hall no later than September 30, 2026. As you have probably already run into, PSE is doing work on Madrona between Sherman Road and Broadway. PSE is adding a new low voltage connection to enable them to reroute power into Coupeville when there are issues at the Coupeville substation. This new connection could feed most of Coupeville, including the hospital, which is critical during a long power outage. This important work will continue through October. Be prepared for delays.
