CPR & AED Awareness Week reminder ❤️

In an emergency, immediate CPR can help keep blood flowing until first responders arrive.

Hands-Only CPR is a simple skill that can make a life-saving difference:
✔️ Call 911
✔️ Push hard and fast in the center of the chest
✔️ Continue until help arrives

Learning even the basics can help build a more prepared and resilient community.

Visit cwfire.org for CPR resources, safety information, and upcoming trainings.

What a great day at Hustle with Heroes! 🚒🏃‍♂️

Our crews had a wonderful time connecting with families, cheering on participants, and helping kids learn about fire safety through hands-on games and activities.

Events like this remind us that some of the best moments happen outside of emergencies—building relationships, sharing smiles, and spending time with the community we are honored to serve.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped make the event a success. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

📸 Were you there? We'd love to see the event through your eyes! Share your favorite photos from the day in the comments below.

Firefighters, EMS providers, dispatchers, staff, volunteers, families, and community members all carry stress differently.

A reminder that checking in on each other matters.

Sometimes a simple conversation can go a long way. 💚
