Adams Soil & Water Conservation District Adams Soil & Water Conservation District The Adams SWCD Board of Supervisors is a group of five locally elected individuals who serve staggered four-year terms.

Conservation Districts are local units of government established under state law to carry out voluntary, non-regulatory natural resource conservation programs at the local level. Districts work with cooperating landowners to help them voluntarily manage and protect land and water resources on private lands through non-regulatory means. The Adams Soil & Water Conservation District serves the agriculture community and local landowners by assisting them with their conservation needs.
