Cottonwood Pride

Cottonwood Pride A 501C3 Non Profit Organization that works with the Cottonwood Shores Volunteer Fire Department in community Service efforts.

Cottonwood Pride began in 2004 to work on providing Christmas for Kids for the children in the community. We have grown to now co-sponsor Easter in the Park, Halloween at the Fire Hall and sponsor the Katy Rose Memorial Scholarship in conjunction with the Cottonwood Shores Volunteer Fire Department. We have been the umbrella for many functions to include the distribution of the Hope Food Program t

o the over 55 citizens in the community. We act as the auxiliary for the Fire Department when the need arises. We meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7 pm at the Fire Hall.

That time of year is coming: Easter at the Fire Hall on March 19 at 2 pm. There will be eggs galore!

We are getting ramped up to have Christmas for Kids on December 12, 2015 at 5:30 pm at the fire hall. Hay Ride, presents, Santa and even some elves.

2015 Event Calendar:
March 28 from 2-4 is Easter at the Fire Hall (Concessions, Hot Dogs, Egg Hunt, Visit with the Easter Bunny) and more!

April 25 is our Community Services Banquet at the Fire Hall; it is invitation only and is a time for us to make sure our volunteers are appreciated

October 6 is National Night Out at 7 pm at the Fire Hall (we will be there with concessions; face painting and our furry friends)

October 31 is Halloween at 6:00 pm at the Fire Hall (Candy for all)

December 12 is Christmas for Kids at 5:30 pm (hot chocolate, hayride, visit with Santa and much more)

We are making plans for Christmas for Kids on December 13 at 5:30 pm. Lots of fun in the making: Hayride, hot chocolate, balloons, goodies, and a visit with Santa.
