Dear GDS Families,

A survey is being conducted by the GDS PTO. The goal of this survey is to better understand what parents and caregivers of our GDS students would like to see from the PTO. Raw data will be analyzed by the current PTO board, with every effort made to keep participant identities anonymous. The final data will be shared without any identifiable information with school leadership and families.

The focus of this survey is to understand how the PTO is currently viewed, and might better serve, the needs of its students, families and teachers. Comments boxes are provided for most sections so that you can provide more details about your experience. You do not need to fill them out for all sections, but please do add additional feedback where relevant. This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
