Mosquitoes don't just threaten humans, they put your pets at risk too! Dog heartworm is a serious disease spread by mosquito bites. Infected mosquitoes deposit heartworm larvae into your dog's (or cat's) bloodstream, where the parasites can grow and cause severe heart and lung damage. The good news?
