that prepares students for colleges and careers, and builds a pipeline of workforce talent for regional businesses. As a career technical education provider, Coastline ROP partners with four school districts in Orange County, CA. Our programs focus on career technical skills, industry-specific skills, and the necessary personal and professional skills to prepare our students for future academic success and/or a career. Our business partners benefit by tapping into the talents of our students through internships and other innovative work-based learning opportunities that build industry interest and the next generation of workers.

Our Administration of Justice (AOJ) CTE students at Coastline ROP had an incredible hands-on learning experience with Oceanside Police Officer Flynn and Sergeant Marshall, who visited alongside their K-9 partner, Raya. 🐾 Students gained real-world insight into how police canines are trained and utilized in the criminal justice system—from suspect apprehension and officer protection to narcotics detection and search operations. This visit brought classroom concepts to life, reinforcing the critical role K-9 units play in enhancing public safety and supporting law enforcement operations. Experiences like this highlight the value of AOJ pathways, connecting students directly with industry professionals and giving them a deeper understanding of careers in public service. Thank you to Officer Flynn, Sergeant Marshal, and K-9 Raya for inspiring the next generation of justice professionals! 👮‍♂️🐕
