Happy Thanksgiving! Get a jump on your Thanksgiving by joining us this Thursday (November 24, 2022) for our annual Charle Street Thanksgiving! Meal Service begins at 11:00am but show up early for fellowship! This event is open to absolutely anyone and everyone so please pass the word on to those who may be alone or in need of a (really, really good) meal. Admission is always FREE.

The BBT Jungle Group has been holding a charity benefit for the last 15 years for Charle Street. Due to Covid, the annual event this year will be held on Zoom. It is a speaker meeting and is free to “attend” (although you may make donations if you wish.)

Don’t forget! September 1st, 2019 is the 23rd annual Charle Street Chili Cook-Off and Co****le Tournament at TeWinkle Park I’m Costa Mesa. This is a family friendly event so bring yours! There will be raffle prizes, great food, a stellar DJ, sno-cones to keep the cool, cool and most importantly, fellowship. Do you think your homemade chili is better than everybody else’s? Prove it and enter the chili cook-off for bragging rights for the next year. Also for the first time this year we are happy to announce the Charle Street Co****le Tournament. What is it you ask? You toss a bag (with corn seeds, like a bean bag) through the holes in the board. Sounds easy, right? I assure you it is harder than it looks. You think you have the skills to pay the bills? Enter the contest! Details are below in the flyer. All proceeds will support the First Step House of Orange County and help us to continue our mission of carrying the message and helping the sick alcoholic. Hope to see you all there.
