Therapeutic horseback riding is both a fun and rewarding way to gain confidence and achieve goals. With therapeutic riding, the horse facilitates the motion of the human stride giving our students improved joint mobility, better balance and coordination

Our PATH certified instructors and trained volunteers treat all riders with respect and build friendly and caring relationships. Bitterroot Thera

peutic Riding accept riders of all ages and varying abilities, with parental or medical consent. Many conditions can be improved by therapeutic riding, including:
- Autism
- ADD/ADHD
- Down Syndrome
- Cerebral Palsy
- Head Trauma/Brain Injury
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Learning/Developmental Disabilities
- Substance Abuse
- Hearing or Vision Impaired
- Spine Injuries
