⛺ Reservations are open! Onsite camping at the Benton County Fair is not required, but it is available to 4-H members, leaders, and their families. Because space is very limited, please review the options below:

*RV Camping: Space is extremely tight. Please contact your 4-H club leader directly to discuss availability.

*Tent Camping: Submit a reservation request and pay online.

⚠️ Important: To maintain safety and security, reservation links will not be shared publicly. Please check your email or reach out to your club leader for access.

Calling all 4-H Cloverbud families! 🐴✨ Ready for a morning of creativity and horsing around?
Join Benton County 4-H for our upcoming 4-H Cloverbud Horse Activity! Kids will have the chance to craft their very own stick horse, learn how to show from a former 4-H member and rodeo queen, and cap it all off by participating in a fun stick horse show!

• 📅 When: Saturday, July 18, 2026 | 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• 📍 Where: Benton County Fairgrounds (South Lawn) - 110 SW 53rd St, Corvallis, OR
• 🍿 Bonus: Light snacks will be provided!
• 👥 Parents/guardians are welcome to stay but are not required.

⏰ Monday Deadline! If you are leasing an animal this year, your lease paperwork must be submitted to the 4-H office by Monday, June 1. Please note: This is required in order to be eligible to show.

Turn in your lease agreements as soon as you have them. June 1 is the final day to submit lease agreements (except Horse Leases were due 4/15). Make sure your forms are in so you don't miss out on fair participation!

Come one, come all! Check out this free, bilingual family event jointly hosted by OSU Research Forests, the Benton County Health Department, and OSU Extension.

Don't forget! The All-Fair meeting starts tonight at 6:30 PM via Zoom. This is the place to be for all things fair, so bring your questions!

Attendance: All clubs are required to have at least one representative.

Check-In: Make sure to sign in to the chat and stay for the entire meeting.
