September is a great time to hit the farmers' market! Fruits like apples🍎, grapes🍇, and berries🍓, and veggies like carrots🥕 and potatoes🥔 are in season! WIC covers fresh, frozen, and canned produce, so there's never a reason to go without some fresh snacks.

We continue to offer our in-person satellite clinics. Make sure to contact us to make an appointment.

Additionally, our wonderful staff will be attending the 2026 NYSCAA Annual Conference in Niagara Falls. This conference brings together Community Action professionals from across the state for training, networking, and statewide collaboration! We are very excited to learn!

We have two offices that offer Chenango and Cortland County residents the assistance they need to take care of their families. In Norwich and Cortland, we have breastfeeding cafes, nutritional support, and a welcoming staff that can't wait to meet you!
