The 3rd graders participated in a special bank assembly where they learned about having a job, earning money, and making choices about how to spend it! Throughout the school year, they will continue learning about financial literacy with four classroom lessons focused on saving and spending money.

Los estudiantes de 3er grado participaron en una asamblea especial presentada por un banco, donde aprendieron sobre tener un trabajo, ganar dinero y tomar decisiones sobre cómo gastarlo. Ms. Pérez and Ms. D’Amico’s students investigated owl pellets! Their students have been learning how owls get energy from the sun and how that energy is transferred through the food chain.

Some of our littlest Dragons came to school this week for Little Barbs Academy, where they got to meet their teachers, explore their classrooms, and learn about daily routines! We can't wait to welcome all of our kindergarten students on Monday, August 17!
