WINTER STORM WARNING – Trumbull County
Saturday night through Monday morning (Jan 24–26)

The National Weather Service has kept the Winter Storm Warning in place for Trumbull County, including Bazetta.

What to expect
• Snow starts Saturday evening (after ~7 PM)
• Heaviest snow on Sunday
• Snow tapers off early Monday, but roads will likely still be rough for the morning commute
• Total snow: about 6–12 inches. Some models say 8-12.
• Very cold temps & dangerous wind chills, especially overnight

Travel impacts
• Roads will be snow-covered and slick
• Visibility will drop at times during heavier snow
• Sunday looks like the worst day to be out
• Conditions may still be hazardous early Monday morning

Cold concerns
• Wind chills could drop below zero
• Frostbite and hypothermia are possible if you’re outside too long
• If you get stuck or lose heat, this cold becomes dangerous fast

Please take this seriously
• Avoid unnecessary travel Sunday if you can
• If you must drive: bring blankets, flashlight, food, water, phone charger
• Fill up your gas tank
• Check on elderly neighbors
• Bring pets inside
• Be careful with space heaters and keep generators outside. carbon monoxide risk!
