A Delvecchio tenant was wondering why their sink was leaking. After lifting their sink off the plumbing, the plumbing came directly out of the wall because there was no seal or resistance at all. This is why landlords should be required to hire LICENSED CONTRACTERS for speciality repairs such as plumbing and electrical. We call upon Governor Hochul, mayor Scott Steve, and Cortland Code Inspection to crack down on private landlords.
