One week from today, we're getting to work at Hawkins Preserve, and we'd love to have you join us!

On Saturday, September 19, the Montelores Coalition and our partners ( City Hall of Cortez, Colorado , Cortez Cultural Center , Montezuma Land Conservancy, and the LOR Foundation ) are hosting a Strike Team Volunteer Day in Cortez, giving community members a chance to lend a hand and help care for a place many of us know and enjoy.

Volunteers will help with trail maintenance, trash cleanup, and other hands-on stewardship work throughout the preserve. No special experience is needed.
