Today could be a historic day for the Corpus Christi Professional Fire Fighters Association/ Corpus Christi Fire Department/MDA’s annual Fill-the-Boot Campaign! On March 18th, “A” Shift kicked off our annual campaign and raised $40,873.17 in one day! “B” Shift stepped up and set a local “all time one day record” on March 25th with an amazing $52,130.82 figure. So far, in “2022”, $93,003.99 has been raised by Corpus Christi citizens and visitors to the Coastal Bend. So, today, “C” shifters (firefighters) along with the community will be attempting to break an all time record of $120,003.43 set in the “2019” Annual MDA FTB Campaign! Please do your part and help us help those who benefit from the services and research provided by MDA by “filling the boot” at the various intersections firefighters will be working today! Yes there is some rain out there, but that won’t stop the FALLEN HEROES CHARITY GOLF EVENT! Tee off isn’t until 100pm, registration and lunch start at 11am. We will have loads of silent auction to bid on, so don’t miss out...Come have a great time!

In regards to the 4th Annual Fallen Heroes Charity Golf Event tomorrow at NorthShore Country Club, THE EVENT IS STILL ON!👍

We recommend placing a umbrella in your bag and possibly a rain jacket. Odds of running into a small rain shower is 50/50.

Course may be 90 degree or cart path only but as long the lighting stays away the course says we are ok.

We have some of the best silen auction items up for grabs and you won’t want to miss out on any of them.

Lunch provided, snacks provided, drinks provided and dinner provided so come on out and help us raise money for the citizens of Corpus Christi and pay our respects and honor the 343 Firefighters we lost on 9-11-2001...
