New process at the health clinic pharmacy - is it working for you? What are your thoughts?

Beginning Oct. 20, 2014, after your number is called the pharmacy clerk will verify your information at the window and then you will return to your seat with your ticket. Once your order is processed, you will be called to a different window to sign for your medications - no more standing at a window for long periods of time waiting for your order.

Please remember if you have damage from a disaster and need assistance, Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS)is a means for you to account for that damage as well as get the needed assistance. You can log into https://navyfamily.navy.mil/, complete an assessment and a disaster response case manager will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours. Hurricane season begins on Sunday so keep this website handy. As a member of the Navy family and if you are evacuated you are required to update your displaced location so the member's command can account for service member's and their families.

The U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid Awareness and Outreach Group is hosting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) webinar July 16 and 17. This will be a very informative presentation covering several topics. Staff will be available answer questions live.

This information is for anyone considering some type of post-secondary education and is in need of funding. Whether an applicant is pursuing their first degree, or returning to school to complete their studies, there are federal programs available to aid them in this effort. Please keep in mind federal funding is not just for college, funding is also made available for certificate programs such as electrical, carpentry, HVAC and other qualifying programs. For members of the Armed Forces funding is also available to you even if you are receiving tuition assistance (TA). Please take note and register as soon as possible, space is limited.

From the Admiral's wife...Looks like fun!

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to put together a Wine and Cheese "shopping/social", at a new boutique that has just opened up here in Flour Bluff. I met the owner back in Feb. at the Home/Garden Show in Corpus Christi. She is a huge supporter of the military and teachers. She is offering a 10% discount on all her merchandise. Annelise Arnold is her name. She carries handcrafted Home Goods, clothing, shoes, jewelry, and much more. Her prices are very affordable. Those that have seen me often have seen my large strands of pearls, those came from Rustic and Refined.

I would like to organize it as a potluck social, so am asking for
attendees to sign up to bring appetizers or wines. Annelise has
tables and glasses, I will provide tableware, some wine, lemonade, and infused water.

We can shop at the close of business on Tuesday, May 20, from 6 to 8PM.
