For 17 years I have served the citizens of Nueces County as the County Attorney. Tomorrow begins the early voting period for the Nueces County Primaries. I will be on the Democratic Ballot, without an opponent, for County Attorney and once again I ask for your vote. It is an honor for me to once again serve as your County Attorney.

The County Attorney represents the County and/or County Officials in civil cases in State and Federal District Courts, such as County Courts at Law, State District Courts and U.S. District Courts, and in Appellate Courts, including the Thirteenth Court of Appeals, Texas Supreme Court and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The County Attorney is required to be a licensed attorney.

Yesterday was the last day to file for public office and be on the General Election ballot. And i will be running for re-election for the Office of County Attorney unoppossed. Thank you God for this wonderful blessing! Although unopposed i ask for your continued support and your vote for me in the primary election March 3rd 2015 and General Election in November 2016. Thank you everyone for your continued support and love. I will continue to provide the best job as County Attorney. I also want to thank my hubby, Fred Jimenez, and our son, Marcos, for always being there for me unconditionally. Love you both! Special thanks to my wonderful staff who assist me on a daily basis. I cannot do my job without their help.
And thank you my wonderful facebook friends and awesome family for your support! Love you all.
