Texas EFMP Liaison NAS Corpus Christi The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) provides support to military family members with special needs.

The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide a comprehensive, coordinated, and multidisciplinary approach for medical, educational and community support services to Families with special needs. How to enroll:

Enrollment is done through the EFMP at the Medical clinic.

*Medical enrollment requires

a completed Medical Summary, DD Form 2792
*Educational enrollment requires a completed Educational Summary, DD Form 2792-1
*Enrollments must be updated as conditions change or at least every three years.
*Other services at the Medicl clinic EFMP site include enrollment updates, disenrollments, and overseas screenings.
