This week, Team Phoenix sends off three of our finest:

🚁 Two of our pilots just wrapped up their tours with some truly legendary LFFs—fitting finales for aviators who helped raise the tactical bar and leave the fleet sharper than they found it.

🐦‍🔥And we bid a special farewell to our Admin cornerstone, who departs the Navy after 9 incredible years of service. Having been at the Weapon School longer than anyone else—and here for nearly a quarter of its entire existence—your impact is woven into the fabric of Team Phoenix.

Your dedication, professionalism, and spirit have shaped this team. Once Team Phoenix, always Team Phoenix. 🔥

Today we had the honor of frocking several of our outstanding Sailors—officially recognizing the hard work, leadership, and grit they’ve already been bringing to the fight. These warriors have stepped up and earned their next stripe, and we couldn’t be prouder.

BZ to all the newly frocked petty officers—keep setting the standard at the tip of the spear!

Team Phoenix ran in the annual Loosefoot 616 memorial run today in Coronado to commemorate HM2 Bailey Tucker, HM1 Sarah Burns, AWS1 James Buriak, LT Paul Fridley, and LT Brad Foster. We thank and honor these brave heroes who gave their lives in sacrifice to our country.
